Frixos Savvides
Chairman
Frixos Savvides is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) with more than 35 years of experience in a public auditing firm as well as the public sector, including 4 years as Minister of Health in the Cypriot government. He serves as a Chairman to the Board of Directors of Trust Insurance Cyprus and on a number of publicly quoted companies listed on the stock exchange in London and in New York.  

Kikis Kazamias
Board Member
Kikis Kazamias served as Chief Executive Officer of Limassol Cooperative Savings and ten years a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance and Budget. He has also represented the Cyprus Parliament in various international meetings abroad. The contribution of the Cypriot economy has played an important role since he was Minister of Finance. He served for six years as the first Cypriot Member of the European Court of Auditors in Luxemburg.

Chris Georgiadis

Chris Georghiades has extensive experience of corporate and commercial matters, particularly in relation to company and business acquisitions and sales of both public and private companies, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, corporate reorganisations, insolvency, banking and taxation. He also advises on construction law, sports law, aviation law and administrative law.  

Kamel Abunahl

Mr. Kamel Abunahl has been in the insurance industry for 15 years, including a period of secondment in a Lloyd’s Syndicate in London. 

Mehran Eftekhar
Board Member

Mehran Eftekhar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). His near 40 year experience is in the professional and private sector of finance and corporate matters. He serves as a non-executive director for a number of Group companies. Mehran is also Head of Group Corporate Services at parent company level. 

Stavros Stavrou
Board Member
Stavros Stavrou has graduated from Nicosia’s English School and after completing his Military Services, he went on to study B. A (Hons) Accounting and Finance with a First Class Degree. He started working with Moore Stephens where he completed his qualification studies for ACA. Stavros Stavrou is a fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Cyprus (ICPAC) and a member to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Christos Christodoulou
Board Member

Christos Christodoulou holds an HND, BSc and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering (Computer Controls). He has an extensive experience in corporate Management and Sales. He served the insurance industry for more than 20 years; both in General Business and Life Operations from the positions of Sales Manager, General Manager and Executive Director of both Life and Non-Life Insurance Companies in Cyprus and Greece.
